You book it once. We hold every session for you and get in touch when each one is due.
01Around 32 weeks
Mini Maternity
It starts before they arrive.
A relaxed studio session while you are still carrying. Gowns, fabrics and light chosen for you, and your partner and older children are welcome in the frame. These images stay tucked away until your newborn design appointment, where you see both sessions together for the first time.

02Within the first two weeks
Newborn
Then the part nobody can quite describe.
Unhurried, warm and led entirely by your baby. Curled, wrapped, and held by the people who waited for them. This is where you see your maternity images for the first time as well, and where your first $775 credit goes towards the wall art and albums you choose.

03Around 6 months
Sitter Session
Sitting up, and suddenly a person.
The age everything changes. They hold themselves upright, they have opinions, and they laugh at things only they find funny. Bright, playful and full of character, with another $775 credit towards your artwork.

04Around 12 months
First Birthday
A whole year, gone in a blink.
Their first birthday session, cake and all, plus a family portrait to close the year. Grandparents and the generations behind them are welcome in this one, which for many families turns out to be the portrait they treasure most. Your final $775 credit applies here.

A creative call before every session
A short call to talk through wardrobe, colours and what you would like on your walls, so nothing is left to chance on the day.
Three private design appointments
Your maternity and newborn images are revealed together at the first one. Then one after the sitter session, and one after the first birthday.
$2,325 towards heirlooms
$775 at each design appointment, to put towards the wall art, albums and collection pieces you fall in love with.
How the $2,325 credit works
The credit applies once at each design appointment and is not transferable between them, so it cannot all be used at a single session. Most families choose to invest a little further at one or two of the appointments, and the credit simply comes off the top.

Terms & conditions
What is included. Four portrait sessions across your baby’s first year at our Bayswater studio: a mini maternity session around 32 weeks, a newborn session, a sitter session around six months, and a first birthday session including a family portrait. Grandparents and extended family are welcome in the first birthday session. Also included is a complimentary creative call before each session and three private design appointments.
Session timing is a guide, not a deadline. Newborn sessions are booked around your due date and confirmed once your baby arrives. Sessions run by appointment Tuesday to Saturday. Design appointments run Tuesday to Friday. Your maternity images are revealed at your newborn design appointment, where you see both sessions together for the first time.
Artwork credit. Your purchase includes $775 credit at each of your three design appointments, totalling $2,325. The credit applies once at each appointment and cannot be combined, carried forward, or all used at a single session. It is redeemable against wall art, albums and collection products, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash.
Price. $1,500 including GST during October 2026. The standard investment is $1,800.
Booking. Your first session must be booked within three months of purchase. The remaining sessions follow your baby’s age. Please give us 48 hours notice to reschedule. Newborn timing is always flexible.
Refunds. This package is not refundable for change of mind. Once your first session has taken place, the package is non-refundable, including where you choose not to attend the remaining sessions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
A separate studio contract is signed at your first booking and applies alongside these terms.
Twelve months. One decision.
Reserve your place for $1,500 before the end of October. If you would rather talk it through first, book a complimentary fifteen minute creative call and we will walk you through how the year works and answer anything you are wondering about.
