A complete two-hour studio portrait experience — plus your choice of either two beautiful matted 8x10 prints or $775 credit towards wall art, albums or collection products.
Your experience and your artwork choice, valued at $1,000.
Not a rushed slot with a queue behind you. Two hours is enough time for everyone to settle in, for the little one to have a snack, and for the photographs to stop looking posed and start looking like you.
A 15-minute planning phone call before the day — we talk through who’s coming, what you’d love, colours, wardrobe, and where these might hang at home.
Coffee, a look around the studio, and time for everyone — especially the smallest people — to stop being nervous about the camera. We only ever have one family in the studio at a time, so the space is entirely yours.
Classic portraits of everyone in the frame — the one photograph families tell us they never manage to organise themselves.
Parents together, siblings together, each child on their own, the grandparent-and-grandchild frame you’ll be glad you have.
Time built in for a second look, a different backdrop, and a change of pace when the mood shifts. Bring a few options and we’ll guide you on the day.
We sit down together with your images — full screen, on the wall, at real size — and you choose what comes home with you. It happens the same day as your session, so there’s no second trip.
Two finished prints from your session, hand-matted in our studio and ready to take home on the day.
Put the full credit towards whichever pieces you fall in love with once you’ve seen your portraits.
You choose one, not both. Option A or Option B — whichever you prefer once you’ve seen your images. There’s no wrong answer, and no pressure either way. Either way, your $225 Studio Special is valued at $1,000.
Every family, every shape, every stage. Newborns, teenagers who insist they hate photos, grandparents, and the dog who came along anyway.
You purchase first, then we plan your day together. Nothing gets locked in until we’ve spoken.
Secure it for $225. You’ll get a confirmation email straight away with everything you need for the next step.
After you purchase, you choose a time for your Creative Call — a 15-minute phone call where we plan your session together and then set your studio date.
Two unhurried hours in our Bayswater studio, then your private viewing the same day — you see your portraits and choose your artwork before you go home. No second trip. Allow about three hours all up, and keep the rest of the day easy.
The whole team was fantastic. They made everyone feel so comfortable and at ease, which meant the photos captured the real us. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
The studio has such a rustic, warm feel, and Ben is absolutely amazing. We had an incredible experience and we’re keen to work together again. Highly recommended!
The whole team was super friendly and made us feel so welcome. We felt well prepared and genuinely comfortable throughout the session. Such a wonderful experience!
Come in for your session, then see your portraits together at your private viewing the same day. If you sit down, look at what we’ve created, and you simply don’t love your portraits — tell us there and then and we’ll refund the $225 in full, back to whoever bought it. No awkwardness, no hard feelings.
The promise is about the portraits, not a change of heart — if life gets busy, your voucher is valid for 12 months and you’re welcome to pass it on to someone else.
A complete two-hour studio portrait experience at our Bayswater studio — your Creative Call beforehand, two unhurried hours with our team, and a private viewing the same day. Then you choose either two beautiful matted 8x10 prints or $775 credit towards wall art, albums or collection products. One or the other, whichever you prefer — not both.
8x10 inch is a classic size that looks stunning matted and framed. All up, your Studio Special is valued at $1,000.
The Creative Call is a quick 15–20 minute phone chat with our team, and it’s the planning call, not the portrait session itself. We walk you through how the session runs, what’s included, and what kind of portraits you’d love to create. We also love hearing about your home — whether that’s light and bright, neutrals, or warm tones — so the artwork we plan together actually suits your walls.
You book your Creative Call straight after you purchase. It happens soon, ideally this week, even if your portrait session is months away.
You have a full 12 months to use it, so there’s no rush at all. Lots of families buy theirs well ahead, which is exactly how it’s meant to work. Purchase before midnight on Wednesday 30 September, then book it in whenever the time is right for you.
Your Studio Special is fully transferable. If you can’t make it, you can simply pass it on to someone you love — plenty of people buy one as a gift for exactly that reason. You also have a full 12 months to use it.
And if you come in, sit down at your private viewing and you simply don’t love your portraits, tell us there and then and we’ll refund the $225 in full, back to whoever bought it. The promise is about the portraits, not a change of heart — if life gets busy, that’s what the 12 months and the transfer are for.
Life happens, especially with small children. We ask for more than 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a portrait session — inside 72 hours we’re not able to accept a change. Just call the studio and we’ll find you another date. Moving a Creative Call is easy any time.
There’s no deposit to pay. Your $225 covers it — there is nothing else to pay to lock in your session date.
Two full hours in the studio. That includes settling in, wardrobe changes and breaks — it’s deliberately unhurried, especially with young children.
Your private viewing happens the same day, straight after your session, so you see your portraits and choose your artwork without making a second trip.
All up, allow about three hours — and try not to book anything tight straight afterwards. We say that because the viewing is the lovely part where you choose what comes home with you, and nobody should be watching the clock through it.
Solid colours work best — neutral earth tones and soft textures. Coordinate rather than match: two or three colours from the same family that sit nicely together. Layering different textures adds gorgeous depth. We steer away from bold logos, neon shades and busy patterns, as they tend to fight the camera.
Bring a few options, plus something sentimental if you have it — better to have it and not need it. There’s no set number of changes to plan for: bring what you love and we’ll guide you on the day. Your Creative Call is where we get into the detail with you, palette by palette.
We’d absolutely love to have your furry family member join in. Some of our favourite portraits have the family dog right in the middle of them. Pets are welcome as part of a family portrait session — we just ask that you let us know in advance so we can plan the session around them. We don’t do standalone pet sessions; it’s all about the whole family, pets included.
Most family groups fit comfortably — just ask us. Immediate family is very welcome, and extended family works beautifully too, grandparents especially. If yours is on the larger side, mention it on your Creative Call or give us a ring on (08) 6444 7888 and we’ll plan the groupings around you.
Yes. You receive a professionally retouched, watermark-free digital version of every portrait you take home, paired with each physical piece you choose. Whichever wall art and heirloom pieces you fall in love with on the day, each one comes with its matching digital file — and if you choose the two matted 8x10 prints, they come with their digital files in just the same way. We don’t sell digitals separately.
Every maternity gown, wrap and newborn outfit is washed and sanitised after every single use. Working with newborns is something we take really seriously, which is also why we only ever have one family in the studio at a time. Our team are up to date with all their immunisations too, so you and your little one are in the safest hands from the moment you walk in.
For newborns we aim to have you in 10 to 14 days after your due date, and we book in advance off that date. Babies keep their own schedule, so if bub arrives early or late we’ll happily move your session — no stress at all. Book your Creative Call now, even months ahead, so we can plan everything together.
For maternity, we have you in around 30 to 34 weeks, when bump is gorgeous and you still feel like yourself. A lovely range of studio gowns is ready for you on the day — you don’t need to bring a thing.
Your credit goes towards a real piece for your wall — something finished and framed, not a folder of files. Everything we make is designed around you on the day: the images you fall in love with, the wall it’s going on, and the size that actually suits the room.
If you’d love more than your credit covers, you’re very welcome to add to it, and we have payment plans to make that comfortable. Nothing is locked in until you’ve seen what we created together, at real size, at your viewing. There’s never any pressure — your Studio Special stands on its own.
If you’d like to see the range and what things start at before you come in, you’re very welcome to have a look through our products and investment page.
We’re at Unit 7/4 Focal Way, Bayswater WA 6053, with off-street parking available. Sessions run Tuesday to Saturday, 8am–4pm, by appointment. We’re closed Mondays.
A proper portrait studio in Perth’s inner north-east — not a hired room for the afternoon. Everything happens here: your session, and your viewing.
A complete two-hour studio portrait experience, plus either two beautiful matted 8x10 prints or $775 credit towards wall art, albums or collection products — whichever you prefer. Valued at $1,000.
Buy before midnight, Wednesday 30 September, then book your Creative Call and come in whenever suits your family — you have a full 12 months.
